Delighting our customers is of utmost importance to us and we never hesitate in heeding to a special request or customizing our dishes to suit individual requirements.

This is undoubtedly the hero on our menu made with the best quality large-sized Kabuli chana and homemade masala. We don’t add chemicals such as soda or coloring. It’s very light on the stomach and the tastiest version available in all of the city.

Another popular choice from the north – Rajma or red kidney beans made perfectly with loads of tomatoes in a very homely fashion. Its preparation reminds our guests of this dish from Jammu.

Our bhaturas are light, oval-shaped, puffed up without being oily and have a sweetish tinge. They go perfectly with our chholay. We serve three medium-sized ones instead of the usual two big pieces and serve guests one by one, steaming hot, at their table as they eat.

Our kulchas are soft and baked unlike the tandoori-stuffed kulchas usually offered everywhere. Available in the maida and atta variety, they’re slightly roasted on the pan with pure ghee and sprinkled with our customized mix of spices to give it a distinct taste.

Our jeera rice goes so well with chholay and rajma that some guests come to us for this only, no brainer comfort food.

In keeping with our homely vibe, we have gone for another delish dish – kheer. It’s made with thickened milk and flavoured with ilaichi, charoli, topped with saffron and almonds. Served cold in a pattal bowl.
